I've seen people panic because the testing showed instead of having a one in five million chance of getting some disease, they have a one in a million chance. But really, does it matter?

This is the most powerful division I can think of among mainstream public health people, by the way, it reinforces something else : It's a division based on Research Ethics. It's not about science.
