For the youngest children that we have, we still got to take those protective measures when it comes to distancing, and ideally, if people are coming into the household, that they have gotten vaccinated so that you're minimizing the risk.

I'm still on phone calls talking about, 'what's our ICU bed capacity? What's our supplies chains that we need to provide care to patients? Do we have enough medication?' we have a lot more work to still do to get to where we want to be, and I think we're going to see this transition over year 2022. But for some locales, where there's less immunity, it's going to be a longer run.

At some point, illness doesn’t wait for us, the ability to defer additional care when you have already deferred for a year, year and a half, is just simply not an acceptable option.
